Very easy -- just spinned at low resistance for 35 min or so. 2 guys on machines behind me..."policy analysis blah blah blah." One guy was doing elliptical in dress pants, wingtips & a dress shirt. The only interesting thing was their whining about how *hard* it is to adjust to the 3-hour time zone change to LA. "I gotta hand it to these West Coast people who fly out often....well, at least they have the sunshine."

Yah, right, like the entire West Coast = Southern California. (rolleyes)

Oh, and then about 20 minutes of weights. Arms are shaky.
