Funny run :
Started with Vinny a few mins behind Jane, Sarka & Rameen - caught up with them by running too fast - ran a little with them at a sensible pace and then when Vinny got a good way ahead I set off after him.
Caught up with him towards the end but couldnt overtake him!
Good run - probably not what I needed but hey
Pain in right inner thigh - maybe some kind of groin strain.
