Back in action! My legs didn't feel really fresh, I was content with getting smoked by Matt and Sterling, but it felt good to run a decent workout. I think I need to focus more on recovery meals and pre-workout nutrition just to make sure my glycogen is adequately replenished before workouts. In regards to the workout, I felt pretty damn relaxed! I'm not sure if i'd be so content if I didn't know that Sterling was working a lot harder than me. There really was no need for me to kill any miles today. I just got in a maximum aerobic effort.
