Tough course. Miles 15 - 17 have significant elevation gain (it is Seattle; I walked 4 blocks....). VERY warm, sunny, and no shade. Thank God for Marriott and Silver Cloud where I refilled my water bottle. Gu2O worked well (raspberry) as did my usual plain Gu. Still (6:20 PM) dehydrated.
