With Arnie, Michele, and Mary Pat. Got to top of Hewes Road just before intersection with Moore and something happened to my L knee. Almost impossible to run on. I walked the rest of the way in. Until today (Thursday), it's been swollen, sore, and stiff. Feels a bit better today. I'm giving it a few more days rest before trying a lap around the grounds. Same knee that caused me problems a year ago. Arnie thinks it's time to see an orthopod.
