Humid!

Struggled through first 3 miles. I had to stop and stretch sore legs lost 3-5 minutes. Changed music and slowed down for the uphill trail section.

Good down hill - miles between 11-12 m/m without struggle

Feeling fat - ate lots of food in this stressful week - stop it !
