got really thirsty when I ran along the waterfront in the sun. grabbed some water at the farmer's market and recovered. Felt good back on Agricola street, but pretty happy it was only 8.
route: down to the park via Gottigen, waterfront, marginal up south street, commons and agricola for a perfect 8
