supposed to do:

one mile warm up

8x800 at HM pace

rest 1/4 time 1:15

what I did:

10 minute warm up

8x 5 minutes at HM pace (5.7)

rest 2 minutes (total 57 minutes)

jogged out 2 more minutes to 5 miles

didnt feel hard - just a cranky hamstring - I need to shorten the rests
