HR to start 101 (I seriously wonder if my monitor is a bit off)
Easy run HR 145-155.
Not hard to keep HR down today as my legs are sore and tired (combo of harder run for my body yesterday and weights on saturday). I think I would have naturally ran this pace even without HRM. I truly believe I stayed healthy training so hard for Baystate bc I probably did my easy runs in the 9 min or slower range.

6. 8:55 148 - 2 big hills here and legs had a hard time up them today.
Still, HR goes down and pace gets faster the more I run (surely up to a point).
Legs felt so much better after this run.
Drank 8 ounces water during the run.
