Nice day, 50 degrees, some wind but not too bad.
2.4 miles to the track @ 8:42.
5x1000m @ 6:32, 6:37, 6:40, 6:33, 6:33 on about 1 min walk to start.
Then
5x200m @ 5:38, 6:14, 5:52, 5:54; 5:48
1.6 miles back @ 9:36 up ashland.
Legs needed the warm up miles. Felt great during the intervals. Went faster than I wanted to start. I am over my cold.
