100 abs with med ball (varied)

2x15 squats on up side down boss.

2x60 secs one leg stability on ball (per leg).

2x10/leg bridges with straight leg on ball.

2x15 sited 2 arm row with twist (machine, 60lbs)

2x15/arm single arm standing row with twist (machine, 60lbs)

2x10 lat pull down front (machine, 35 lbs)

2x10 lat pull down back (machine, 35 lbs)

2x10 pull down (machine 40 lbs)

2x10 shoulder press (machine 30 lbs)

Really have no idea what I am doing with the arm work. Really want to have a routine to work my back/shoulders as I am not always good at standing straight.
