My hamstring is all taped. I have been so paranoid about it. No pain today. Tested with 4 mile warm-up on the path, v easy, HR 155. 8:36 pace, 160 elevation, last mile mostly.

Then immediately on the TM.
3x(800m @ 8 3% incline onto 800 @ 7.7 -3% decline), with a quick stop after every mile.
4x (400m @ 8.1 into 8.2 3% incline onto 800 @ 7.5-7.6 -3% decline) with a quick stop after each mile.
These felt much better compared to last time I did hill repeats. I feel stronger.
Now to keep the body uninjured.
