New moves at PT to incorporate in routine

30 eccentric stretches hamstrings/leg

30 eccentric stretches quads/legs

regular hamstring and quad stretches hold for 30 secs/leg

reverse bridge both feet on ab ball with 2x15 leg lifts/leg

squats on balance board 2x15

one leg balance 2x60secs/leg

hip lifter machine 25lbs 2x15 sets.

Dave does not want me to stop running completely, but to drop mileage at 50% for now, which I will do. Said biking, elliptical, swimming, pull running are OK. Goal is to focus on strength for now. Fine with me. Legs felt good after!
