Notes

Actual 1:44:09, 8;12 pace (3 short stops at light and to hide and pick up water bottle; 1:25 total stop). 870 feet ascent, 812 descent. HR 162

Started down on Gray, then slight incline for 2 miles on the path, than did a 2 mile loop with hills twice, back on path toward Lexington for 2 miles and then retraced steps finishing with hills. Miscalculated and did not have the .15 downhill I usually have at the end of the run on this route, so finished on incline. Did not push the hills at all. Windy at times. Warm. Only 1.5 gels, and 16 ounces of water which is not ideal. Last 2 miles the slowest bc of hills - 6 hills, a bit rolling but coming quick one after the other with little downhill. Will not have this at Boston.

Body felt great, mentally hard to get moving. Tired. Slept v little in Philly, out late with my "kids" and so much food. Absolutely love my team. I have so much fun with them.

Very happy with this run. I will not go this fast at Boston. Nice to practice in the wind a bit. All I need is to maintain.

Great run AM!!! Why will you not go this fast at Boston. This has equal hills-if you can run 20 miles here you should actually go faster at Boston!!!!! Uff I hear you on being tired and not motivated to start! I was sweating red wine today and was almost late to an 11 raceā€¦.lol! Again great job!!!!
