Did the Shalane special 3 times.

10 mountain climbers

run 25 meters

10 burpees

run 25 meters

10 squats

run 25 meters

10 jumping jacks

run 25 meters

10 legs over hurdles

jog to start and go again, no rest.

Planning to build this up to 4-5. Only burpees were hard..
