70 degrees to start. Yuck. I think the marathon will be hot. I was sweating within 2 min.
2.3 to track @ 8:31, HR 152
Then 3 x 1200m @ 6:49 (slow down!); 7:01; 6:59. V controlled and trying to slow down. HR 159, 159, 160.
Then 4x 400m @ 6:27 (HR 143); 6:25 (128); 6:23 (140); 6:19 (140). Something wrong with the HR here I think..
Then 1.7 back @ 9:32.
Felt not great to start, intervals felt good and fun.
Last workout.
I will do 3 on the Tm tomorrow, than 6-7 on Thursday with 3 at MP and a few strides, and than 3 on Saturday.
My watch had me 3 min slower between Saturday and this morning, LOL.
Now to find some music. Jenn, help:)
