Notes

HR about 110-120, but effort was harder, always the case with the elliptical,

Did an easy workout, high cadence flat for 4 min, then 1 min max incline same resistance (5), than 4 min flat than 1 min high resistance 10, and so on. Did some backwards running in there as well. Watched my little guy swim and jump so proud of himself. Also got the next swim class free since he had 6 substitute teachers. Score!

Did not get my schedule for the week and I have no idea what weight routine to do tonight. Since I have my last PT session, I think I will do pilates routine and easy leg stuff, no weights.
