cords machine:
30 leg presses 50lbs
30 one leg presses/leg 25 lbs
30 jumps 30 lbs
15 one leg jumps/leg 20 lbs
adductor machine 30 30 lbs
abductor machine 30 30 lbs
leg extensions 30 30lbs
leg curls (sitting on tummy) 30 30 lbs
15 deadlifts 45 lbs (back hurt a bit so I did not do the next set).
