Taryn had to call me to get me out of bed this morning. It's that kind of day I guess. Did something. Achilles is almost ready. Lots of stretching, etc.
This is the comeback summer, even if it doesn't look the way you thought it would. THIS is making you stronger physically and mentally. Getting out the door is the hardest part but when you look back on this, you'll be thankful that you had the discipline and strength to #getshitdone no matter how big or small it may be. Proud of you always buddy :)
