I didn't cooldown cause I'm a big baby...Other than that, this was a pretty good workout! I'm feeling very very fatigued and tired and ouch. Every part of my lower body hurts. My back hurts. My abs hurt? I've been sleeping good and eating good (Surprising, I know) and I've been hydrating and I've been stretching after every run, but everything still hurts. I upped my Cal Mag intake to 4 a day, but just for the next three days.
