I almost pooped my pants.

Good relaxed run. I can't wait to build more of an aerobic base so I can run farther and longer! Also, I know what I said back in Waverly, but I was wrong. Morning runs are so much better than Afternoon/Evening runs. I still stand by my stance that Night runs are far superior to any run ever ran.
