1600 T, 4x600 CV, 2x400 VO2, 2x200 BTTW.

I'm really happy with this workout. Unfortunately, I didn't have a lot of confidence going into it. I tend to dread track workouts because I'm afraid of not being fast enough, or falling behind. But I hung in tight with my pack (Ashley and Natalie P.)! And I enjoyed this workout a lot. Ash paced us most of the way and as you can see, we were cruising pretty dang fast.

No bad things to report. Happy with today. Happy with who I'm surrounded by. Happy to be able to run!

Hopefully I can move up into the next pack and bring Ash and Nat with me. Until then, I'm more than happy with where I am at.
