Notes
Felt good today. One of my favorite routes at home. Typically run on Christmas Morning, hence the name…but it felt necessary. My R Achilles was a little tensed up from hitting it with an ice skate at work last night. And then I stepped on a bigger (?) rock and tweaked my L Ankle, but I just ran through that. No run tomorrow because of a trip to the dentist. But otherwise this week is shaping up to be a good one :)
