Feeling sluggish and not wanting to do this run because of the rain. Convinced myself to do 20 mins, and then realized it wasn't that bad so I just did the full 30. Now I'm shivering in my room while I type this. Fascia is still tight, probably from the heightened amount of time on feet (ToF). Glad I got this run in, excited to do a similar thing on Sunday lol.
