Running in the snow was sucky but I've been feeling a little bit of cabin fever and it was really nice to get out of the house. I have switched up some runs because I don't think it smart to attempt an 11 mile crown in 10 days. So, I will go for one crown on the third of January, and then save the other for summer. Ya know, I want to keep things interesting. Super simple shortish mileage for the next two weeks (and a couple days) before the attempt. Really leaning into my body's endurance levels to get me through this. Starting a nicely structured block of training after this! Woohoo!!
