Notes

Recovery run. Today was probably the worst day for my training. My Achilles felt absolutely awful, and because of that I got pretty grumpy. Stretched really good and then iced that baby frequently throughout the day. I know it's not severe and I also know what some people on this team have it worse, but it's frustrating...I guess.
