Notes

First run of ultra training woooh. I have a new rule where if my first mile is faster than 9 mins, I have to walk for 3 mins. Trying to run at a sustainable pace - hopefully I can learn before the miles get too long. Achilles felt okay while running, but once I stopped it was God awful. Getting in the pool tomorrow and no run tomorrow woot woot!
