Notes

Attempt at Paul short. I ended up dropping out. My body was just so stressed and nervous for this, and I think that was making my stomach even more messed up than it was already. I went through the mile in 5:46 which felt okay but it freaked me out, that was 24 seconds faster than I went through the mile in last year. And being in the box with the very legit unattached girls was rough. I just mentally lost it and decided basically after the mile that I was gonna drop out so I just kept coasting until I could get to the best spot to do so. So my second mile probably wasn't very quick. I have to stop worrying so much for racing. Going to get into a 5k soon and try and put zero pressure on myself if possible
