Workout at Lafayette's shitty indoor facility, working out at approximately 9:30 PM. Definitely not ideal conditions. We had to run in the outside line, in pairs, single file on their 200 yard track. Ended up being slow on some of these... Tory was leading and was not pacing well, just going way slower than we needed to, but I couldn't pass her because there was literally no room to. We hit all the ones I led for.The 250's we just ran through the 200 mark and then ran for an additional 7 seconds more because there was no exact mark for a 250
250's: 32 through the 200, 34 through the 200, 31 through the 200
300: 51 (definitely could've gone faster)
150s: 23, 24
