Notes

Just under an hour long bike workout. Started on the bike but it was really really killing my knees I just felt awful probably because I haven't biked in forever, so I switched over to the elliptical and that was so much better. Not sure of the shin status today, honestly I think it felt better after working out. Also not sure of the green veins appearing post workout. Lets see how tomorrow is
