Long run with Matt and David. Took trails to 128/Chebacco intersection (43:00) and took Chebacco back. Right ankle hurting around 50 min mark after getting onto road, not too bad. shin hurting now post run.
Bummer that it was that slow. Makes me question some of my other runs.
