easy, on "road" (nasty shoulder), 82-noxon-eman (skipped uphill on beaver on way back), gmapped for distance accuracy, nasty humidity, right ankle felt sore, out too soon after lunch some stomach discomfort early in run. hoping to get out later tonight, but this was all i had time for this afternoon between church services.
