Pearl Izumi Peak XC (Green)
Nice and easy with the 1 minute walks every 9 minutes into running.
the leg felt a little sore as I went but the rests really helped it out a lot to get rid of the stiffness. i felt that at that pace I could have easily run another 10 miles.
