this was one of the hardest runs that i have done in a long time, definitely as hard as the Greenland race. I stopped at the top of Bear Mtn to take in the view - which was a nice break. I stuggled over the last 6 miles when the heat finally got to me so bad that I had to sit under a tree for 5-10 minutes to cool down and get my head straight before the descent. I will definitely do this run again as it is a very hard workout and I know that i can run this better with a few more hill days under mr.
