Notes

This was supposed to be an 8 mile day but I took a wrong turn on my 8.9 mile loop and added on the extra length. I have been starting these runs feeling sluggish even though the splits have been good. I definitely felt better the farther I got into it. I need to keep my stride long as I have been feeling myself tightening up at the hip flexors during the runs.
