Great run with Bob and Chris. This is the first day since Leadville that I really felt good. I was a little concerned that my left calf was starting to tighten up but it didn't ever begin to bother so i kept going. felt great at the finish and felt like I could easily have run a few more miles at the same pace if I had eaten earlier.
