This was a good run as far as aerobics went. After about a mile I got into it and felt good. The legs were stiff at the start. About 1/2 way through I ws loose then a little farther along I began to get stiff. As I climbed the hill I started to feel it get tight, then it got very tight and pulled within 100 eters of the turnaround. I stopped running and tried to loosen it up. the I ran a very short distance and knew I had a problem. I ende up walking back home for about an hour.

My left leg, the tendon from Achilles to calf, is sore. You can feel the tightness of the tendon when you palpate it.
