On a 3:23 marathon pace. Felt pretty good even during the last few miles but the pounding was getting to me so i decided to stop. feels pretty good to be able to crank out a run like this after a week of a 50k race, a 16.5 mile hard and hilly trail run, a 10+ mile tempo run and a 7+ mile easy (8 min/mile) run. Finally getting my legs but i will be tired tomorrow.
