Notes
This was a hard run to finish. It was about 23 miles of pavement and was getting warm and very sunny. The humidity made it difficult. I brought only 2 bottles of water and that wasn't quite enough. I was definitley tired at the end of this one. Pavement is definitely more tiring than running on the osft stuff.
