Notes
Although the GPS only recorded 8.25 I actually ran 8.5 K in 55:27 (accidently hit stop on the GPS as I was locking the bezel - thankfully I saw what I had done after .25K). Was overcast but humid (30C) legs were a bit tired otherwise good run (second day with no inhalers).
