Sunny, hot (27 C) and Humid (37 C)! Garmin 305 gave out this morning so I grabbed my sister Garmin 201 but couldn't download it. Plus the laps were set to miles...will try to get the lap info later. Tried to run slow but was probably still be copnsidered a hard run due to the heat!
