Notes
Warm (16 C), humid and no wind. Ran in the dark again tonight due to late meeting at work, late supper and an evening meeting. Planned on doing hill repeats but it was too dark so I did a hilly run with three hills two of which are long hills. Managed to maintain a relatively good pace on the hills!
