ANOTHER Blizzard! Record year. Snowblowed/shoveled in the morning. In the afternoon went to BSC for a 20 miler on their treadmill. Ran the first 14 at a steady 6:58 pace, then 3 miles at 6:27 pace, then the last 3 at 6:00 except for a backing off a couple of times for a minute, last mile sub 6. Practiced the Gu technique... took 4 packs 20 minutes apart for the first 2/3 of the run (ran out), and drank a 16 oz water.
