Black Cat 20 miler... decided on Wednesday to try it. Haven't raced in 4 months so needed to assess. Planned to run 6:30's for the first 10 miles... felt easier than expected. Started to feel the fatigue in the 2nd half, but nothing serious until 19 (which had an uphill), and 20th had a strong headwind. Felt good about the effort overall! It was VERY cold, used a lot of Aquaphor on legs and face, worked great to cut the wind. This is telling me I should target 6:35s / 2:52 goal for Boston.
