w/ Ryan & Jay at Brown University indoor track. Terrence's plan of 1200 @ HM / 1200 @ "4:45 jog" adjusted for pace. First intervals were awkward, felt better as the workout went on. After a few minutes joined Chris & Chris during their faster work for 2 of their 200's.
