w/ BAA team (Magill, Hammer, Stants, O'Neil, Callaghan, Levy, Law & Davenport) @ Cumberland Monestary. Drove up with O'Neil. I felt good! Wore spikes and "felt fast" even though I was a good distance behind Everyone on every repeat. 3K 2K 3K 2K on trails. Great course. Rest intervals were short, only about 2 minutes. Lots of talk about San Francisco.
