Chamberas 6K XC Grand Prix #1.... viewed race as a time trial / tempo from a prep perspective (20 miler last Sunday, 800's Wednesday) so not fully rested, but raced... pace felt good and fluid from the start... didn't have as much staying power as I hoped in the 3rd mile, but finished strong. 2nd overall masters, very happy. Continue to think this is a short course. Saw team first time this year... Raguin, Steve L, Joe C, etc
