Run - Walk again. Much faster pace during run part. Taped up leg for IT, quads, and knee. Seemed to help. Last night used TENS unit. Maybe that helped too. Some discomfort and tiredness in left leg while running, but feels ok after the run - so I think I'm making progress on recovery!
