Notes
There was a nice breeze in my face the first half...was a lot warmer second half. I ran out of steam at about 7 miles. Felt like I'd hit the wall in a marathon. Did run-walk the rest of the way. Stretching after. Tired all afternoon.
I did donate platelets and plasma yesterday. I wonder if that is why I was so tired today.
