First run with 5 minute run interval. Took it slow and easy - went fine! Set up a workout on Garmin - walk to park, then 3 min. walk, 2 min. run, 3 min walk, 5 min. run, 3 min walk, 5 min. run, 3 min. walk, 2 min run, then walk home.
Did eccentric exercises and stretching after.
